Our stay began under very stressful circumstances. On the day of travel, our original accommodation abruptly called to say they were fully booked and could no longer host us. We were already en route to Mombasa and spent hours searching for an alternative, unsure if we would find anything suitable at such short notice. When we came across English Point Residence, we honestly weren’t sure if they would have availability but to our great relief, they did. From the very first interaction, KD, the owner, was exceptional. He moved swiftly to accommodate us, confirmed availability immediately, and reassured us that the apartment was ready. Despite this being a last-minute booking and our train arriving late into the city, KD and his team remained welcoming, responsive, and eager to host us. Upon arrival, my family and I were absolutely blown away. The residence felt like paradise: massive, airy rooms and breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the ocean. The moment my children saw the space and the sea, they were overjoyed, and as a mother, that instant happiness meant everything to me. I knew immediately we had found something special. KD’s team was equally impressive. Led by Carol, the support staff were efficient, warm, and extremely professional. We were settled in quickly and effortlessly, and within no time, we were enjoying a swim in the pool overlooking the ocean. A moment of pure relief and joy after a very long day. English Point Residence truly felt like a home away from home, elevated by stunning views of the incoming tide and an atmosphere of calm and luxury. It is quiet, comfortable, and perfectly suited for families of all ages. This stay turned what could have been a disastrous start to our holiday into an unforgettable experience.

Perfect place to stay if you are not looking for a noisy resort holiday stay. This is a place to relax. Staff was always ready with a smile to help you with all your needs. Structure is new, rooms are big and very clean. It is close to the beach and swimming pool was great after a day outside. We used the personal chef and I can assure you top service. I would surely recommend it.
