The bonfire in the evening was really nice too. But the best thing about this place is the staff, everyone is so friendly and our game driver was really good as well, the best we had during our time i Maasai Mara Reserve (we had 4 different drivers). The food was good too.

From the moment we arrived we felt safe, welcomed and comfortable. We stayed in Simba which is a tent. It was was very spacious and clean. All the food was really great and they even made some adjustments for my daughter who is a picky eater. There are no t.vs in the room, however they have starlink internet which is super fast. There is a common room which has a t.v and we went and watched the football in their. So close to the entrance for safari.

Tea and coffee making facilities are in each. Amazing location, hospitality, food, game drives, & arrangements. We had our best time on vacation. Will definately be back once more. The view was breathtaking, and the tent was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. Special thanks to Chef Allan for the delicious meals, and to Lucia and Steve who were always so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Our game drives were unforgettable with Ken, an excellent driver who made sure we saw the Big 5! In Nairobi, John was also a great driver who took care of us very well. One of the highlights of our trip was the nature walk with Dickson – he was such a knowledgeable and engaging guide, making it an incredible experience. A huge thank you to NJ, a very patient owner who always responded to all my queries, and to Nick, who went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort, even checking in with us on our way home. Everything was so wonderful that we ended up extending our stay. We highly recommend Mara Hilltop Camp to anyone visiting the Masai Mara – you will not be disappointed!

At the hotel, each room is equipped with a desk. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, free toiletries and slippers. The property is situated very near to the Sekeneni Gate and almost in the wilderness. We could hear Hyena howling and saw a number of zebras and warthogs near the property. The tents are large, simple but had everything we needed starting from hot water, toiletries, water, good bed. But the best part of the stay was the excellent staff especially Shoila who helped a lot.
