Everything about my visit was magnificent! The island itself was a beautiful contrast to the crowded and hectic atmosphere of Phnom Penh. I loved every part from the authenticity of the morning market, to witnessing the silk production for which the place is known, to enjoying some amazing beer at the Black Bamboo Craft Brewery. (Try the Ignazius Triple.) One of my favorite spots, however, was the Homestay's balcony, which overlooked one of the island's many natural areas. The sounds of insects, frogs and the breeze were intoxicating! Rany could not have been a better host. She was always ready to help and answer questions. One of the best decisions I made was to have her cook dinner for me one night. The Chicken Amok was as good as the food I've had in any restaurant in Cambodia. This was one of my top Booking.com experiences, ever!
