Amazing staff , very welcoming and helpful! They are genuine and they make sure you’re having a pleasant stay! They’ve also helped us to get a refund for one of the nights that we’ve canceled even though by mistake we clicked an option that won’t refund the money. They are paying attention to all details and care about their guests, totally! I will definitely come back!

Strategically nestled in the heart of Ashrafieh, minutes away from the airport and in close proximity to the capital’s most famous landmarks, including ABC mall, Hotel Dieu Hospital, Sassine Square, Downtown and the Badaro-Sodeco district. Fantastic staff and great location. They were very helpful for us to hire a taxi and pay by card at the reception and kept us comfortable in an upgraded room. Room was very clean and room service is very quick. Also the restaurant food is very good quality and the breakfast was excellent.
