I am a designer and the room was just the best, most well designed space on our trip in Sri Lanka! Spacious, lovely light concept, large bathroom. Best of all were the 2 lounge chairs on the balcony. Most comfy space to read.

It was a magnificent experience not only because we saw so much nature and wild animals at a close range but because the staff were the best. Nishantha took us to see a local woman who was so poor yet she used whatever means she had to look after 22 orphaned puppies whose mother had been killed. The level of poverty was astounding. The staff help her to survive. Without them there would be certain death. If you can spare some money please give it to him and he will pass it on. A truly humbling and touching experience that jolts you to the core. Special mention to our mates at Yala who made our stay so memorable Sajith, Kasun, Nishantha and our safari driver Amile. Thanks guys, you are the best!

The staff were very friendly and many of them were always around. They helped us with our laundry, were flexible about serving food and met us with a welcome juice on a hot day. The safari was excellent, would recommend it to anyone staying there. Room was comfy and large and the front garden was really nice.

Good Karma Hotel is located on Rekawa Beach in Tangalle, offering an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Free parking and a 24-hour front desk are available. The property is well managed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We took the romantic villa with a private swimming pool. Top-notch privacy, no doubt about that. The pool was clean and maintained daily. Housekeeping dropped by every day to clean the rooms and washroom. The property has one of the best oceanfront views you can expect with your resort. The beach is clean and not crowded at all. You will find people only staying there and nearby resorts. Foods was delicious too. The staff members are generous and friendly in every way possible. They will take care of everything you will need. The best part was they would arrange beachside dinner for you as well as free yoga sessions every morning with a professional yoga instructor. They also offer spa services with reasonable pricing. Worth trying. The property is surrounded by trees and you will see wild peacocks roaming around. There is a small lagoon just beside the property where you can see a lot of birds. Loved the place in every way.

Amazing property. Wish we had booked for longer! Great pool with lots of sun loungers and beanbags. Owner is also a chef. We had a wonderful breakfast and wish we had more time to experience his cooking for lunch or dinner. Were also very helpful arranging Yala safari for us ☺️

The food was amazing and rooms were so spacious ....Owner and the staff were really supportive and attentive...Kids love the experience with the fascinating pool and we loved our stay at the Maritime Nest ...it was a wonderful experience ....we give 10/10 for cleanliness ,food and the cozy environment ...its a calm nature friendly environment which gave us a different experience from our busy lives...Thank you Mr Peiris and his Mom and the staff for a ecstatic experience ...Wish you all the very best... Το New Cormorant Lake Resort & Yala Safari Place βρίσκεται σε Tissamaharama, σε απόσταση 2,6 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Tissa Wewa και παρέχει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης... Gayan was a fantastic host and he does so much for his guests, e.g. getting you to places close to his location and pick up again, a short evening lake tour, organize different things upon requests of guests, etc. all without additional costs. Highly recommended!
