This hotel is located in central Casablanca, 1 km from the port and 5 km from the beach. It offers air-conditioned accommodations with free internet, 2 meeting rooms, and a wellness centre. Kaan is a very new and modern hotel and exceptionally clean and neat. The bedrooms were well equipped with comfortable beds and quality linen; and, everything we needed, for example soap in the shower and hairdryer. And the hotel is safe; you need the card for your room to not only unlock your room but also the elevator that takes you from the reception to the other floors in the building. The food was exceptional as all the ingredients used, were garden fresh; and, the dishes served gourmet tasty😋 and the portions large. Last but not least: the staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

Oussama and his family are the best hosts, always helpful and friendly, with nice tips to provide to us. The room has a really nice balcony, with a beautiful view. The breakfast and dinner are also very good.

The location is stunning — peaceful, private, and perfectly positioned. The villa is super clean and feels truly luxurious compared to other places in the area. So quiet and relaxing — perfect for unwinding. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the owner gave us the warmest welcome — so kind and attentive to every need. Highly, highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back.
