Riad Dar Susan - Authentic Stay in Zagora is located in Zagora and features a plunge pool and mountain views. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The riad has family rooms. We loved the setting and decor of the whole property to enjoy a wonderful first time stay in a Riad. Our room and facilities were very comfortable with additional areas and terraces to relax. The welcome was second to none with our hosts going over and above to make our stay ‘home from home’ including fetching late night delicious Zagora dates when we asked where to buy some the next day! The Riad provided us with our own guide to explore the palm gardens, kasbah and cooperative crafts including a trip to a spice and argan oil shop. Dinner and breakfasts on our two night stay were beautifully served and delicious.

Actually I love dar Toda because the service and the house is very quiet and clean and the own of the house mister Ibrahim was kindly person he'll help you to get anything with the best price ever if you need to do some activities or buy something from this city or anything else he will help you with that.. For the Berber food was extremely amazing love it so much.. Take my advice if you came here you have to try the Berber food from mister Ibrahim you all you have to do just tell him what you need everything and he'll make anything that you need.. I highly recommend it to all zagora and desert visitors big thanks to dar toda and mister Ibrahim and his family

The food was exceptional also possibly some of the best I had in morocco. The staff were amazing, especially Omar. They were very patient with my poor french skills as they did not speak English well. However, it was no problem as everyone was so welcoming and friendly! The garden and property were so beautiful. One of the best places I stayed in morocco and would have stayed longer if i didn't have a schedule. Definitely stay here if you are in Zagora!

It needs to improve the facility in the bathroom but thanks to the wonderful staff and great food, I will give a 10. Nothing else to compare after a dessert trip.

I really enjoyed watching the sunrise and enjoying a delightful breakfast from the rooftop balcony. This place radiates a warm and welcoming appeal and I found the bed very comfortable. Although I don't speak French or Darija, we were able to communicate effectively (partly with a translation app) and he was extremely hospitable and accommodating. I also found the area very nice to explore on foot and met many very friendly people around the city.

The balcony is a great place to watch the sunrise and have breakfast. The surrounding area from the mountains, farms, historical sites and villages gives great opportunities for hiking around. I would highly recommend this kasbah.
