We were very glad to have chosen C Group apartments for our stay in Kotor. Check-in was really smooth and reception team even gave us a walkthrough of the entire property for easy awareness. Rooms were very clean, as depicted in the listing, with sufficient heating and hot water supply. Kitchen had basic utensils for making simple foods (we had brought our own vessels in addition). We also enjoyed the complimentary spa session, which was great. Breakfast was really outstanding! Not only was it served fresh upon our arrival every day, the menu was also different for each day. We were given sufficient options based on needs (vegetarian and child-friendly options). The team went above and beyond in making sure that we were comfortable with food. The property is well situated - within a short driving distance from Kotor old town and beach, restaurants of choice, supermarkets, hospital clinics and pharmacies. We found that car parking space was adequate, as we rented a car, which helped us to visit the surrounding landmarks with ease and comfort. We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. First of all, I want to thank the staff for their exceptional service. We arrived very late at night – around 2 AM – and I had messaged the hotel in advance. To our surprise and delight, a very kind and professional representative was there to welcome us warmly. It was truly heartwarming and appreciated. We were given perfect rooms with a beautiful sea view, and the location of the hotel is simply amazing. We especially enjoyed the lovely promenade just below the hotel, full of restaurants and places to walk – it meant we didn’t need to use the car at all if we wanted to stay nearby. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We booked a Premium Room — it was spacious, impeccably clean, and furnished to a high standard. The beds were extra large, with crisp white linens that smelled fresh and felt luxurious. One of the biggest surprises was the breakfast. We were given a menu and assumed we would choose one item each, but instead, they served us everything on the menu: muesli, omelets, fresh fruit salad, vegetable salad, a generous basket of warm breads and croissants, unique spreads, and more. The hotel is located right on the seaside promenade (boardwalk), offering breathtaking views — truly a little piece of paradise. Highly recommended!

The restaurant takes pride in its fish specialities. The place is amazing! It’s located in the heart of the old town of Perast, with breathtaking views of the bay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming - they even gave us a little tour and explained the history of the area. They were always ready to help if anything was needed in the room - for example, they brought us a heater. The breakfast buffet was good, and there was a great guy at the reception who made our stay even more pleasant with his kindness and humor. The area is full of great restaurants within walking distance, and it’s also conveniently located for visiting other towns. The nature around is stunning - truly a beautiful place to stay.

Apartments & rooms - TIANIS - Self check-in offers serviced apartments 100 meters from the historic city centre and 50 meters from the beach. It features accommodation with private balconies and free Wi-Fi. I loved that it's so close to the port and old town. It is the perfect location and I wish I could stay longer. The room was beautiful and neat. They had everything I needed for my stay.
