Well situated in Playa del Carmen, Hotel B10 - Distinctive Hotel- offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. Very surprised about the accommodation, great room, great location, all the staff were very friendly and helpfully. We extended one night because we loved playa del Carmen but also because we loved this place.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed with infused water and a refreshing face towel, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and warm. The hotel is beautifully designed and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, with a private pool that was a wonderful bonus. The bed was perfect, and we had a peaceful, quiet night (once the local musicians finished playing)—a rare find in Tulum. The only downside was the water pressure, which made the bath more decorative than functional, as it would take hours to fill. However, the modern, well-equipped kitchen was a highlight, and we’d definitely have used it daily if we’d stayed longer. The first thing we said upon entering was, "Should we live here for a while?" That says it all!

The design, decor and arquitecture are very well done. Jeroen and his husband are really nice guys, they gave us pretty good tips about our journey and their dog Pop is really lovely. Facilities are amazing you find everything you need in the studio, entire equipped kitchen, amazing shower with really good amenities made from honey. Thank you for everything you turn our tour in Playa del Carmen even better!
