The hosts (Monica and the others) were just lovely, so friendly. Breakfast outstanding, pool very refreshing. The room was just great, overlooking the garden with plenty of space and even the fan itself kept the room cool after the AC had cooled it.

An absolutely fantastic and unique place with an almost magical feel to it. Super interesting artwork and stunning garden. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. A perfect place to relax, I loved everything about it!

This was my 3rd visit here - this shows how lovely the place is. Unspoilt natural beauty, both in the jungle and right on the lake. They have their own little deck right on the lagoon. Free kayaks to borrow or you can go on a guided tour. I recommend the jungle walk with Jacqueline - a tranquil way to start the day. The food from the restaurant was exceptional - not a huge menu which is great as everything is freshly prepared.The rooms / cabins are tastefully simple. This is my favourite place to stay in Mexico - in fact probably the whole world!!

Room is very comfortable, I loved both the bed and pillows. Washroom is quite big as well. The restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing, with great food and fair prices. You get a small discount for being a guest. Unfortunately the pool was being fixed. However, the hotel granted us a day pass to other hotel so that my nephew could enjoy a pool. They were very kind and helpful. There is parking inside the installations and the area is very safe. The stay was perfect.

When you enter through a small door, prepare yourself to be transported to another place and time. In this innovative Hotel-Museum-Spa, every traveler will enjoy a comfortable stay. The reception staff was very accommodating. Room was incredible. Restaurant staff and food very good!
