There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel features family rooms. The fact that it's a converted water tower speaks for itself - it's really a one-of-a-kind experience. I had the penthouse room and you can see the entire city's skylines from every window. Apparently it's only been opened recently, but either way it looks very new and very well maintained.
