We recently had the pleasure of staying at KAILASH BOUTIQUE HOTEL in Thamel, Kathmandu, a true gem nestled in a vibrant location. From the clean, comfortable rooms to the exquisite cuisine (better than the local restaurants we visited!), every aspect of our stay was designed for relaxation and delight. However, what truly set our experience apart was the extraordinary presence of the manager, Dol. From the moment we arrived, Dol exuded warmth, kindness, and an unmistakable passion for hospitality. With decades of experience as a trekking guide, his vast knowledge and resourcefulness was evident in every interaction. His mastery of professionalism, practicality, good sense and great humour is rare even in 5-star deluxe hotel managers. There are many excellent hotel managers out there, but Dol goes above and beyond what can be learned. He welcomed us not merely as guests, but as friends, and he made us feel like our comfort and well-being were among his highest priorities. His genuine care helped make our our stay a memorable journey of discovery and delight. Dol's wisdom and generous spirit provided not only exceptional service but also an inspiring reminder of the beauty of human connection. The glowing reviews found on this and other popular travel sites are no coincidence, yet they hardly capture the depth of his wonderful character and the positive impact he has on his guests. Το Divine Kathmandu Hotel βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στον προορισμό Κατμαντού και προσφέρει κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια με δωρεάν WiFi, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και υπηρεσία δωματίου. Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό . Τα δωμάτια με μπαλκόνι είναι άνετα και όμορφα . Όσα έχουν φεγγίτες είναι πληκτικά και πολύ μικρά . Η περιοχή είναι πολύ κεντρική και τουριστική για να διασκεδάσεις, να φας και να ψωνίσεις καθώς και να δεις αξιοθέατα με τα πόδια είτε με ταξί . Η πισίνα αν και μικρή ε οι ναι σε πολύ όμορφο σημείο (ταράτσα) και προσφέρει θέα και ξεκούραση.

Το Kwabahal Boutique Hostel είναι στο Κατμαντού, σε απόσταση 1,1 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Hanuman Dhoka και προσφέρει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, κοινόχρηστο χώρο... Super nice, the room and shower toilets are super clean, good location, no ac but not a problem for me.

Το ξενοδοχείο είχε καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Το πρωινο θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο πλούσιο . Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε όλα. Η Kritika μας βοήθησε πολύ σε ότι την ζητήσαμε και ο Ganga επίσης. Η περιοχή βρίσκετε σε τέλεια τοποθεσία σε καταστήματα και εστιατορια

Το Everest Boutique Hotel είναι στο Κατμαντού, σε απόσταση 1,7 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Swayambhu και διαθέτει καταλύματα με αίθουσα γυμναστικής, ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, βεράντα και μπαρ. We visited Nepal for the first time, and I’m incredibly happy that we chose to stay at this hotel! The staff is amazingly kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and beautiful, the breakfasts and food at the restaurant are delicious, and the rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of all of Kathmandu! The staff also helped us a lot with tours and exploring the city — thank you so much! When I return to Kathmandu, I will 1000% stay here again!

Everything is nearby and reachable by a short walk. There’s plenty of hot water in the shower which was amazing. It’s located in quiet street so no outside noise. Totally recommend this place!

Great hostel! The location was super convenient, and the atmosphere was really nice. The rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything. I had a great experience staying here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Το Hotel Jampa βρίσκεται στο Thamel και προσφέρει κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια με δωρεάν Wi-Fi. Το κατάλυμα απέχει 2,9χλμ. από την πλατεία Kathmandu Durbar και 3,1χλμ. από το Ναό Swayambhunath. Everthing. Charming staff, comfortable room, very cheap, and the free airport transfer was the cherry on top.

I recommend this appartment :))

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Oasis Kathmandu Hotel offers accommodation in Kathmandu. Great place in a perfect location, right in Thamel but far enough from all the busy streets. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is delicious and the rooms and specially the beds are super comfortable. We stayed both times when we were in Kathmandu, definitely recommend!
