Bed was super comfortable and having a clothes washer and dryer was exceptionally nice as it was day 12 of a 14 day holiday. The hotel was located in the main part of town making it easy to walk everywhere including the beach.

Situated on Papamoa Beach, this beachfront resort offers accommodation with a patio boasting lovely views. Everything! Staff were very helpful upon arrival. My villa was very clean and tidy! Impressed with the modern amenities and style of the room. Park facilities exceeded my expectations especially for the kids great place to stay during summer for vacations away with your family

Arista of Rotorua studios are 20 minutes’ walk from the famous Polynesian Spa. The property features a BBQ area and a pirate ship children’s playground set in lovely gardens. The moment you open the door, you will be awed by the layout. Spacious and luxurious indeed. You will have two queen beds and two single beds in a two-floor room. Kids love playing up and down the stairs, and it was undoubtedly the best stay throughout our North Island trip in NZ. The personal spa jacuzzi in the room was another standout feature of this stay. There is also an on-property playground for the kids. The room was clean, comfortable and complete.

It was our favorite stay in our months' stay in NZ. Rachael even went out of her way to do our laundry since the washer was broken. Everything appeared like new. I appreciate Rachael's professionalism. Everything is so well kept that I felt right at home.

The owner of the property, she was lovely and a great host and gave amazing advice and was all together someone with a heart of gold and we all got along and the place we stayed in was perfect for my partner and I. All around good great time loved it and the atmosphere.
