I was very happy with the front desk agents, first for being friendly & Hospitable, and for allowing me to check in at 1pm instead of 3pm. Overall a nice place to stay, friendly staff and great location.

The breakfast was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with something for every taste. Starting the day with such incredible food and a breathtaking view of the city and the ocean was pure bliss. Souma was our perfect escape—an oasis of peace and sophistication in one of South America's busiest cities. Extremely friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They arranged a takeaway breakfast due to our early flight on the last day. Room was clean, warm heatpump and had all the facilities we needed

Excellent location - it is located in a safe neighbourhood and a short walk to Larcomar and attractions. I am a solo traveller so safety is priority to me. The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful when I requested an additional night to stay as my flight was delayed. The room was comfortable and I loved my time here. I would stay again the next time I visit Lima.
