The breakfast was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with something for every taste. Starting the day with such incredible food and a breathtaking view of the city and the ocean was pure bliss. Souma was our perfect escape—an oasis of peace and sophistication in one of South America's busiest cities. Ik had een ongeval gehad en ze hebben mij uitstekend geholpen: mij naar de spoedafdeling van het ziekenhuis gebracht, de hele tijd bij mij gebleven en na de verzorging mij teruggebracht naar het hotel. Een buitengewone goede service die mij veel hulp heeft gegeven. Ook de dagen erop was men heel bezorgd over mij.
