The staff is wonderful and always ready to help. Even before our arrival, we requested that one room have a double bed and the other two separate beds, that the rooms be opposite each other (not necessarily with a connecting door), far from the elevator, and if possible on a high floor. The only request that wasn’t fulfilled was the high floor, we were on the second floor, but it didn’t bother us at all. We were far from the elevator, and the parents’ room and the teenagers’ room were directly opposite each other. One pleasant surprise we may have missed in the description, but which was wonderful, especially during the cold week we stayed, was the heated bathroom floor. It was an absolute pleasure. Every request, whether it was for plates and cutlery when we ordered food from outside, which were brought quickly straight to our room with a smile and without any need for us to go down to the lobby, or asking the staff to call restaurants to help us confirm that our order had gone through, was always handled gladly and with a genuine willingness to help. As for the location, there’s not much to compare, it’s very good. There are several nearby restaurants, convenient public transportation, and within about a 10-minute walk there are a few cafés and a pharmacy. Overall, the location was great. It’s a very quiet area and a bit deserted in the evening, but that’s simply the difference between the Old Town and the city center.

The room was cozy and nice, equipped with a minibar, plates and utensils for when you order food in, shower amenities were nice as well (soap, shampoo, towels, etc.). The bed was properly made and clean. Very good A/C with plenty of control options. Location is a few minutes by car from the airport, and around 20-30 minutes by bus to central Warsaw (usually there's a tram but it didn't run this time). A convenient minimarket is in the same building just around the corner. Perfect for a short stay in between flight connections and just when just visiting Warsaw, as the connections are good enough to the city center and the price is cheap.
