Everything was good but especially the staff. At first we got a room that was quite noisy because of the neighbors upstairs with screaming kids. We complained about it at the reception and they offered us another room. When we checked it, the room was facing the railway station so we were not satisfied as well. Finally they offered us the third room which was nice and quiet until the end of the stay. The receptionist was very friendly and patient with our requests which we highly appreciate. Really great customer service.
