All was great, but the most greatest thing is staff. This is the first hotel where you can be driven to the city centre for free just because of unlimited kindness of personal, especially, Filipe! Furthermore, during our stay my brother had strong allergic reaction and we didn’t have a medicine for that. Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

Το Atlantida Mar είναι ένα σύγχρονο ξενοδοχείο που προσφέρει ντιζάιν δωμάτια με πανοραμική θέα. We had a phenomenal experience here! Everyone was super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet which was included in our stay was amazing! Rooms (and the property as a whole) were really nice, clean and quite large. We had four people and didn't feel cramped at all. Plenty of space for all of our stuff. Good parking outside. Easy walking place to the nearest town and some smaller beaches. Nice pool with chairs, jacuzzi and gym. It was also super close to the airport and since we had to leave quite early to make our flight, this was super helpful.

Facing Ponta Delgada’s Marina, the renovated 5 star Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico, is set in a prime location and offers 8 conference rooms and a heated indoor swimming pool. Staff went above and beyond - friendly check in, little gifts for our baby, helped us book a taxi, and dinner reservations. We had a very early flight, and they were able to accommodate us with a breakfast to go and bottles of water/coffee. Room was nicely appointed/comfortable and baby crib was set up when we arrived. The pool was warm.

The location is convenient; right around the corner from the airport, which makes it perfect for a business trip, for example. It’s also ideal for travellers seeking quick and easy access. One of the best parts was the smooth check-in process. No keys or waiting around. In our case, we arrived in the evening, were in a rush to get to a friend’s event, and everything was ready for us, hassle-free. The apartment itself is new, very well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I think it’s well-suited for longer stays. Since we were both working and sleeping there, the layout was perfect—the kitchen and living area are separated by a door, which allowed for quiet and privacy. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and the décor throughout was minimalistic and cosy—nothing felt dusty or cluttered. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. We didn’t do much cooking this time, but it was clear that preparing meals there would’ve been easy. A nice touch was the welcome gift of coffee, tea, and cookies, plus there were extra towels and toilet paper provided. The hairdryer was also great ;) Although we didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi, we checked it out, and it looked like a great way to unwind. Parking didn’t seem to be an issue, though it might not always be available right in front of the property. Still, it looked manageable. All in all, a great experience. We’d definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Everything was amazing, the staff was incredibly kind and friendly, the accomodation great and very well cleaned. Will definitely come back here!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a gem! The location could not be better – easy parking right by the property, just a pleasant stroll into town, perfectly situated for exploring the entire island, and conveniently close to a large supermarket. We always felt completely safe here, which added so much peace of mind to our holiday. The cleanliness is simply impeccable – everything spotless and fresh, every day. The entire place is beautifully organized, with a layout that makes it feel both spacious and homely. The kitchen is especially well thought out: each room has its own assigned table, cupboard, and set of plates, utensils, and cooking items, which keeps things wonderfully neat and easy for everyone. And then there is Catarina – what a host! She is truly the heart of this place. Warm, sincere, and full of genuine care, she puts her soul into making her guests feel welcome and valued. She visits daily to tidy and refresh the common areas, replace the flowers, and, more often than not, surprise guests with delicious homemade or local treats. She is thoughtful, adaptable, and always ready to help – whether it’s offering great local tips or simply checking in via message to see if we needed anything. We felt so looked after and appreciated her kindness enormously. The property itself feels like a peaceful haven – quiet, comfortable, and infused with warmth and charm. Everything here has been designed with the guest’s comfort in mind, and you can feel the love and pride that goes into it. We travel often, but this stay will remain a highlight for us. If you’re looking for a spotless, perfectly located, safe, and beautifully run accommodation with a host who truly cares, look no further – this is the place! We would return in a heartbeat.

We loved the surroundings of the accommodation and the fact that you have exclusive access to a wonderful garden. The apartment is comfortable, and the large windows frame the nature around you. We equally enjoyed the swimming pools, and my children safely played in the kids shallower pool. The staff was very kind and friendly. I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.

What a gem of a place. It’s relatively new, and offers something so special that I imagine it will be difficult to book as time goes by. They have paid attention to all the details here. Beautifully renovated, very comfortable rooms, very welcoming experience, with Christina being so attentive and providing home baked treats. The location right on the beach is amazing. Easy, reserved parking right outside the hotel is a bonus!

The Farm is a beautiful place to stay. The day starts well with a delicious breakfast, Miguel and his colleagues are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing suggestions on how best to spend your trip, based on the changeable weather on the island, and capped off beautifully with a lounge by the pool which is a real sun trap. The building and decor are beautifully designed, rooms are quiet and there aren’t many guests so while there’s a good buzz it never feels busy
