This will be a long review, because I have a lot of things to say about the place. First it is a very biker friendly place. First this is my third visit at Puzzle Hotel. And as usual it was perfect. I don't search for other accomodations in Craiova, when visiting and will probably continue to stay at the same place when in town. First - the service is perfect. The owner of the Hotel is a nice lady which helps us a lot. I remember our first time it was 2021. We arrived at the hotel and we needed to buy tickets for the public transport. The lady picked up on her car took us to a place for tickets and helped us buy them. During the second visit, because we arrived bit early - she welcomed us to the office of the hotel where she offered us water and sweets during the waiting. Additionally the owner is very responsive via Viber and other platforms. So this is a huge plus! When it comes to hotel services - the rooms are clean, bathrooms are spotless, sheets are clean and smell fresh, rooms also smell good. There are washing machines so you can wash your clothes if you are in need. In addition - there are all types of payment methods. Via card, cash or revolut... This is very handy. Facilities - there are rooms for couples, for big groups, for small groups. First two times when visiting I was with another two friends in a triple room. The beds were good, sleeping was excellent, bathroom was perfect, enough power sockets to charge everything. Currently I was in a room for two people and it was as good as it gets. In the rooms there is microwave , fridge, the basics, but are enough. There are small balcony or large balcony, depending on the room. The windows are very good, when they are closed no noise from the big boulevard is coming, so good sleep is assured. There is parking places enough for two cars and 3 motorcycles (big Enduro). There is shade and it is secure. Third - location. Well here we have things to say. It is a bit far from the city center.

The room was super clean, everything looked quite new, I was very happy with the dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the onsite parking doesn't have a height limit, so you can park there with a van or a tall SUV.

The apartment has an excellent location, close to everything you need. The place was clean, tidy, and well maintained. Everything looks exactly like in the photos.. Highly recommended, I would gladly stay here again!

Even before arriving, there was fast responses to pre-arrival questions. Arriving late at night around midnight was not an issue. The Apartment is located within a few steps of the beginning of the old town area with independent coffee, cake and pastry shops nearby. Also a lovely small park with many benches is within a minutes walk. Penny supermarket is around 4 minutes walk away. The Apartment itself is lovely with all the amenities you can think of like a Microwave oven, cooking hob, fridge, washing machine, crockery and cutlery, towels etc..The bed in the separate bedroom was super comfortable as was the sofa bed in the living room. TV with 200+ channels including some in English language. Good WiFi. Overall a great place to stay, with an excellent host. Will definitely choose this property if we visit Craiova again.

It is a modern two rooms apartment. All furniture is new and tasteful, it is perfectly clean, the shower is beautiful, the mattress is comfy, the host keeps in constant contact with you to make sure that you find the location and check-in correctly, wi-fi is good and easy to use, the self-check in feature is very easy to use, the owner leaves water in the fridge, quality coffee capsules, apples and chocolate.

Everything was perfect. The location is near a Mall and a lot of shops. The center of the city is 5-10minutes with car/taxi. Beds are comfortable. Furniture is new and nice designed. I would recommend this place :)
