I stayed at this hotel for the second time on a work trip, and this time I tried the single bed. It was just as comfortable as the king size. Despite the hotel being fully booked during a holiday, it still maintained the highest standards. The rooms are spotless with scent of freshness, the kitchen offers plenty of options with delicious meals, and the entire staff from the bellboy to management remains remarkably professional even during high workload periods. Highly recommended. Definitely will choose this hotel again.

The reception staff were very helpful, as they helped us check in early, which was a relief for us at the moment. We had an amazing breakfast in-room, enough for two people. Bus shuttle is available for visitors who wish to perform Umrah every hour. There are a few cafes (Karak tea/arabic coffee shops) behind the hotel, which you must try! I definitely recommend the hotel to everyone who needs peace after a long trip, especially after you perform UMRAH.
