The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were incredibly flexible and caring, especially with our flight cancellations and the bad weather as we had to extend our stay. Quick and clear communication, spotless cleanliness and a warm welcome, we felt safe and well supported. It's an excellent choice for a stay in the Turks & Caicos Islands. We leave grateful and satisfied. Highly recommended!

The townhome was clean, bright, and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook (pots, pans, utensils). There were a few basic supplies like salt and pepper, tea and coffee. There was a washer and drier, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice. It was a calm location. A short drive across the street to Grace bay beach, at the beach access next to Opus restaurant (which we also liked). We did use the common pool a couple times but honestly went to the beach across the street every day. There are beach chairs and towels and a couple umbrellas. No snorkels or other fun beach toys- so bring your own. I would most definitely stay there again. Eliza had a wonderful drink for us at check in. She was responsive to any inquiries via WhatsApp. Lovely place. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the independence of an apartment rather than a hotel, and it was a superb apartment. It seemed quite new, it was clean, spacious, and the owners had provided everything you could possibly need, from a huge range of cooking pots/utensils to snorkelling equipment and beach towels, even the washing powder and tumble drier sheets were all provided - it really is a home from home. Based in Grace Bay, it was pretty easy to get anywhere by car and there were always plenty of parking spaces (although we did travel slightly out of season). Also, the owners were friendly and very quick to respond if you had any queries and they recommended a few good eating places.

Clean and updated. Loved the patio. Used washer and dryer which was great. Use of kitchen for breakfast. The rooftop pool was great as well as the hot tub. Nice unit. You won’t be disappointed.

Neptune Villas is located in Providenciales, only 10 minutes drive from the International Airport. It offers it’s guests an outdoor pool and has an on-site restaurant and bar.

Amazing location! We had a villa with chalk sound view and a small swimming pool also with chalk sound view. Every morning we used the sea kayaks which were free for guests. Nice restaurant with great view - price is average for the islands but the portions were fair and quality of food good. Older interior but it was clean and super cute - had a nice island vibe to it compared to a minimalistic hotel. Had a washing machine and dryer - and fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer. I would recommend a rental car to get around - but it’s two minutes from the beach where two locals have beach bars. Even the property has a small private beach on the chalk sounds with comfy beach chairs Close to supermarket and also Omar’s restaurant on another beach to the south. Nice and clean !
