I originally booked because of the good reviews, but the reality was even better. The room isn’t brand new, but it’s clean and smells fresh. The air conditioning runs quietly, and the hot water is strong. Staff responded very quickly whenever I needed something.

I didn't have much expectations of the hotel, and my selection of it was based simply on location (closeness to center) and guests reviews. Boy were my expectation exceeded! Was surprised to see how big and new and modern it was. Plus the staff were friendly and helpful, special mention to front desk staff Patrick and Thong. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends!

The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely soft and comfortable I slept so well. Unlike other places I’ve been, this place is very peaceful and perfect for relaxing rather than partying. The breakfast was delicious, and most importantly, they had coffee and all staffs are lovely and friendly . I loved it so much. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back again
