Johan and Aleyna were very friendly and helpful and the whole place has a classic vibe. Very decent Turkish breakfast in the mornings with fresh squeezed orange juice. Exceptionally well located in the heart of Kaleici and a great value.

I am completely conquered by Ramira Joy Hotel for it's helpful, complaisant & attentive personnel, for it's attractive location (6 minutes to the Kleopatra beach and 5 minutes to everywhere, the market, shopping center, etc. I have also taken Hurrem's Spa procedure, which was fantastic. And , for any doubts, Kleopatra beach outstandingly gorgeous place to visit!!!The meal was diverse & delicious, dry white Chardonnay is worth trying, the room was cosy & comfortable, everything you need is available with staff assistance. I arrived at night and due to personnel was welcomed and supported. Fresh, clean laundry and towels, all bathroom stuff are completely provided.

The staff was very friendly The rooms were very clean The food was magnificent with multiple choices for all tastes, it was a real all inclusive, you could eat 24 hours a day, I even gained weight during my stay
