What a wonderful find! Charming old-style vacation stay with cabins with private kitchens and baths. RV emplacements for those bringing their own lodging. Outdoor common areas for mingling with other vacationers, barbecues and tables. Laundry facility. For anglers, fish prep/cleaning zone. Best of all is the friendly and low-key approach that bring people together and makes for a wonderful experience.

Situated in the town of Big Pine,one hour away from Mount Whitney and the Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest. Starlight Motel features BBQ facilities and free WiFi throughout the property.

Good value for money. Excellent location between Las Vegas & San Fran for a stop over. Lovely mountainous scenery. Plenty of restaurant options within 15 miles. They host was an exceptional person who could not do enough for us. Parking was right outside the accommodation. I cannot praise this host enough. Thank you.
