Marcus' place offers outstanding value for the price. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bedroom is equipped with a huge TV screen for ultimate relaxation. Marcus is a warm and attentive host—he even allowed us a late check-out since our flight was in the evening. Highly recommend this place—10/10!

The style and all the goodies in the cottage are very on point, you can have a shower, a coffe, even a small desk toaster is available. Bed is really comfy and you have ac and a heater as well. The host is very helpfull and communicative, i lost my AirPods during my stay and she send them via post to Virginia. love it.
Definitely a accommodation that is worth the visit during your nyc stay!

There was a well-equipped kitchen and a small grocery store attached, so I was able to stock up on breakfast for the 5 days of my stay. Coffee machine and accessories were available, and there was also water and ice in the fridge. Everything was wonderfully prepared for my arrival and also communicated, I felt very comfortable in this accommodation and my host was very helpful and friendly.

I had a rental car and staff told me that I would get an automatic refund on my CC if I was in and out of the parking lot in less than 20 minutes. I checked in and then departed the parking to return the rental car but I never received the refund. I departed the next morning very early 4:30AM and this still has not been corrected

I liked the first gentleman that was there when I first arrived and then a female took over and I asked where could we park she proceeded to tell me that the parking was full which was a lie she went on to tell to go and find something on the street which I thought was very rude anyways we drove into the parking lot and surprised there were so many empty spaces in there...you guys really need to speak to some of your employees

This place very pleasantly surprised me. I asked for early check in and they readily accommodated me. The room was great! It was very clean and the bed was comfortable, the desk was perfect to work from, the fridge good sized, enough drawer space, full length mirror and plenty of outlets. The 24 hr fresh cold water in the lobby was excellent. I was able to get into midtown in 40 minutes with only 1 transfer. The parking lot was very well lit to protect my car and my room had black out shades so I slept well. This place was great!
