We were located far away from the city to get away from the hustle and bustle of HCMC. This homestay provides all the basic amenities, TV, hot heater, air conditioning, spacious room and breakfasts! They even have their own in house restaurant which serves variety of local dishes and drinks. You can rent scooters for 200k per day and use their bicycles for free when you want to venture around the village. Totally recommend to do this if you're staying here. You can buy snacks and drinks outside at mini shops and also eat/drink at local cafes around the area. It's way cheaper here at the countryside. You can also book tours with them and their agent is Bao Duyen, they have 3 different tours, Mekong Riverside Adventure, Discover Ben Tre villages and their own sunset boat tour (2pm daily). We communicate mostly using Google translate and they speak a little bit of English. But all is good. Thank you again for the hospitality. You'll get coconuts as welcome drinks.

His English was great and it was a pleasure learning from him on Vietnam and his village. Wifi was great, place was clean and food at cafe tasty with a home cooked vibe.

The Mattress is on the hard side but its finally not a halfpipe. The Food was delicious.

Set amongst coconut farms near the Mekong River, Phuc Sinh is run by a lovely, kind family offering very warm hospitality. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and it is lovely to lie in the hammocks in the garden. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. There are bikes and scooters for some independent exploring and the boat trip offered is a great way to see the Mekong. The family will help with onwards bus tickets and taxis to the bus station. Staying at Phuc Sinh was a great introduction to the delta and is highly recommended.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. My sons and I had such a great stay at this beautiful, secluded gem. Our room was simple, but very comfortable with a wonderful terrace over the water. The staff were all very friendly and we loved all of the food they prepared for us. The homestay has a great ambience, it’s perfect for quiet relaxation, but my kids also had a great time meeting other families at the pool and spending time with the other kids. We loved cycling around the nearby villages and really enjoyed our 5 hour boat tour with Mr Y. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back!
