Our stay experience in this hotel is excellent. The hotel is within walking distance from the old quarter but the surrounding area is quiet and feeling safe. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good, no complaints. The most impressive experience being the exceptional service quality from the staffs throughout our stay. Luna from the front desk being always cheerful and enthusiastic, helps us all along our stay with very thoughtful details. On the last day we have to leave very early and prepared to skip breakfast . Unexpectedly Luna packed a very good breakfast for us to eat in the airport. We are very happy about this. Overall we feel very satisfied with the hotel and will recommend to friends who will come to Ho Noi in the future.

I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities The hotel’s location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the service throughout my stay was consistently excellent.

Comfortable Accommodations: Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa in Hanoi offers 4-star comfort with air-conditioned rooms featuring private bathrooms, balconies, and city views. Wij waren hier voor de 2e keer, in het begin van de vakantie 3 nachten en de laatste nacht voor vertrek naar huis. Upgrade gehad naar een luxere kamer toen we aankwamen voor de laatste nacht. Schoon hotel, goed ontbijt en heel vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel. Vervoer taxi en busreis naar Cat Ba prima geregeld.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive from the moment we walked in until the moment we got into the car for the airport. They truly made our trip easy and enjoyable.

They helped us with everything we needed and even went out of their way to do so. The location is great and the room was lovely. Breakfast was delicious and we had dinner at Ding Doong restaurant which is within the hotel itself and it was perfection.
