Her English proficiency was the best I encountered among all the Vietnamese people I met during my trip to Phu Quoc, making communication effortless and pleasant. I truly hope that the hotel management recognizes and rewards Ping for her outstanding commitment to guest satisfaction—she sets a remarkable standard for customer service! Housekeeping was impeccable – our room was always spotless. The refrigerator and air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast is also good and can be enjoyed in a terrace at the beach. The rooms were spacious, clean and bright.

We also get to watch sunset at the beach behind the resort. Also the famous fire show at Ocsen Beach Club is just about 2min walk from the resort, you can simply walk to the club by walking along the seaside. Other than that King kong mart is about a 5min walk, it’s right opposite the junction where you enter to the resort.

The views from both the bedroom and the balcony were perfect for watching the Kiss of the Sea show and fireworks every night! The entrance to the cable car ride, yhe.night matket, and all of the best places to eat were only a few minutes walk. The apartment was spacious, with a large living room and kitchenette, King Size bed, and large bathroom. There are several 24 hour convenience stores just across the street to stock your refrigerator with extra water, drinks, or snacks. Our host was exceptionally friendly and flexible with our check-in and check out times. I would recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Phu Quoc!
