Hotels breakfast and rooms and generally everything was perfect, Thank you, next time we'll definetly stay here.

Everything was good , staff are friendly and know thier work well especially Jessica, she helped us and did thier work perfectly, know what tourist want and help them with everything they need. Departing from Tuan Chau Marina, Peony Cruises designs jam-packed itineraries while cruising along the Ha Long - Lan Ha Bay. The staff were excellent. Our waiter, John, was superb!

As a travel blogger, I consider Calista a hidden gem – perfect for a luxury getaway with amazing natural views. The scenery was stunning: morning mist, emerald waters, and limestone islands that looked like a dream. I could even take beautiful photos right from my bed, thanks to the large window in my room. The service onboard was excellent – warm, attentive, and the seafood was fresh and delicious. Everything from the food to the comfort to the views was 10 out of 10. If you ever get the chance, don’t miss this experience. It’s truly unforgettable.

Το Crystal Holiday Hotel Ha long - 3 Loc Vung Street βρίσκεται σε Ha Long και είναι ένα κατάλυμα με θέα στην πόλη. I spent over a week here and was very happy with my stay. I only paid for a double room but I was given a room very large family room. It was super clean and the staff were very friendly. Specially Trang (Jennie) who helped me when I needed laundry and a taxi. She was very friendly and helped me a lot over my stay. Thank you !

Το Velar of the Sea Cruise βρίσκεται σε Ha Long και είναι ένα κατάλυμα με θέα στη θάλασσα. The cruise is close to brand new. There are 4 floors: lobby, rooms & suites, bar & restaurant, and upper deck. The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.

Beautiful hotel with modern amenities. The bed was really comfortable and the staff were super nice. In the same hotel there’s a perfect place for breakfast where they have both sourdough and rye bread, which is difficult to find anywhere else. They let us do a late checkout and accommodated us with everything we needed.

I went on a 3-day, 2-night cruise, and it was absolutely incredible. The boat is super luxurious, the food is fantastic, the pool is warm, and the sundeck offers a wonderful happy hour. This is by far the best cruise to experience in Ha Long Bay. Duck, our waiter, was outstanding, and the entire crew was exceptional. I am a hotel operator myself, and the attention to detail is A+ Just book the cruise. It's insane
