Silvana and John are absolutely beautiful hosts with their care and attention for the experience of your own and other guests with the island and Vanuatu as a whole.

Nestled into beautiful tropical gardens, 100 metres from pristine coral reef, each private island style bure at White Grass Ocean Resort and Spa has a private terrace with ocean views. I would like to give a completely full 10 points. Marsha is so nice and kind and outstandingly helpful. Without her prompt answer and exact suggestion and detailed information to every question I raised, I wouldn’t have made this volcano tour realized. Thank you Matha, and your team! This is a great place if one would like to live along the Tanna village people for a few days. Very friendly family!

They were so gracious with their time without being over bearing on your privacy. This is the spot to stay when checking out the volcano side of Tanna. You will have everything you need to see the vanuatu culture from the perfect location. For reasonable rates, the hosts will take care of any other logistic you need. -Set up the 2 hour car ride to and from the airport. -Local recipe dinners by Susan and she’s a great cook. I believe they offered lunch as well but I was going on these great adventures they offer to guide you through: -A local village that will show you dances and rituals of their indigenous culture -A hot spring heated river that flows into the ocean overlooking the volcano -And of course, the hike to the rim of the volcano. I had so much time to chat with the family and they are all so kind. I don’t leave reviews, I was very compelled on this one. Stay in this treehouse.
