We loved that you can do safari drives in both the Kruger national park, which is huge, and the Sabi Sands that is more intimate and you can get a little closer to the animals. The staff make this place amazing, all so kind and accommodating. We loved our guide Percy who really went above and beyond on our drives, and Matt who was really accommodating, plus all other staff (too many to mention). The food was great, all meals. The tents are nicer than expected with really comfortable, large beds, air con and a good shower/bathroom. The pool area is also really nice and they are building a second. Overall really great value and the perfect safari experience. We hope to return again!

Bushveld Bivouac Private Camp is set in Mica and has a pool with a view and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The breakfast is prepared on site and brought up to the lodges in picnic baskets with a tasty choice of croissants, jams, fruit juice and cheeses. Fabulous way to start the day on your own personal veranda without the chores of preparing it yourself.

Umkumbe Bush Lodge - Luxury Tented Camp is a recently renovated luxury tent in Sabi Sand Game Reserve, where guests can makes the most of its pool with a view, garden and bar. The property was built in 2021 and features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The luxury tent also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Amazing people and amazing place! They treat you like family and the food, omg, so good and homemade, best bobotie ever! The bed was very comfy and the facilities in general were great, also having the swimming looking out to wildlife, so nice! Highly recommended, especially staying in Sabi Sands, we got to see so many animals and super close. We will be back for sure. Thank you very much for everything.

We were comfortable, well looked after, and highly recommend Isambane for the price point.

We arrived at the Ngalali Retreat after a long drive and Xander and staff helped us feel at home immediately. After a hearty lunch Xander introduced us to our first safari experience of the African bush. Xander is a true naturalist who, over the course of the next few days, generously shared his knowledge, passion and experience of the land and wildlife that surrounded us. At the end of each day Xander joined us for exceptional Italian cuisine and helped us to process the days adventures with interesting anecdotes of his own. Our day in the actual Kruger Park paled in comparison. The Ngalali Retreat accommodations were very comfortable with all the comforts of home. What can I say - we slept well each night and arose rested, with fresh anticipation. The whole experience more than exceeded our expectation.

The property features an infinity pool, garden and parking on-site among other facilities. Featuring a housekeeping service, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, full-day security and free WiFi. I loved that the Camp is exposed to nature - When we arrived there was an elephant at the pool enjoying the water there. Also the tent is nice and spacious, and you feel safe.

Buffelshoek Tented Camp rates include full board accommodation and 2 game drives a day. This, however, does not include alcoholic beverages. Towels and bed linen are provided. The location in the middle of nature surrounded by wild animals. An elephant came eating from the tree right next to our tent. At night we could hear the hyenas howling. The game drives were fantastic! Elvis gave it all to show us the beautiful animals of South Africa. We saw not only the big five, but many more! During our game drives we saw elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalos, lions, cheetahs, wild dogs, hippos, rhinos, leopards, crocodiles, impalas and many more beautiful creatures. The food and catering was outstanding. We were taken care of so well from the kitchen crew. It was amazing! Also the tent itself was super clean and comfortable.

The chalets are equipped with a clothing rack, solar powered lamps, mosquito nets and en-suite bathroom with outdoor shower. Water at the camp is gas-heated. Absolutely everything about Africa on Foot is amazing. Staff are attentive, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. They truly make the the place what it is. Outstanding hospitality (best we have had). Facilities are clean and tastefully decorated. Food.. Just Wowwww! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were always a treat. The pools were beautifully located and clean. The rooms were spacious. The morning walks were such a treat. The guides are first class and work hard to show you as much as possible, whilst also giving you interesting information about then bush and its animals. The arvo/night drives were out of this world. We saw soooo much. Lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, hippos, giraffes, hyenas, antelopes, birds!! And much much more. This place is a must. Don't hesitate to book. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights.
