Το Whistlewood Guesthouse Walmer, Port Eizabeth βρίσκεται στο Πορτ Ελίζαμπεθ, σε απόσταση 1,9 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Little Walmer Golf Club και παρέχει καταλύματα με εξωτερική πισίνα, δωρεάν... Everything. The house was charming, and kitchen was so stocked up and the rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities and the garden and pool are lovely too. It is a 5 minute drive from the PE airport and is super safe. But really the highlight was interacting with Jane , the owner and her husband, Pierre. The conversation was wonderful, especially for international visitors trying to understand South Africa a bit better. Jane’s entire corporate career in the hospitality sector meant that she anticipated any possible question.

Lovely place to stay, about 5min walk to the beach and shopping centre Boardwalk where you can get everything you need. Our apartment was spacious and has everything you need for self service, also there is a nice cafe to eat out on site, serving good quality food .Good value for money. We had a nice welcome from Kayla when we arrived .Security is a priority and we felt safe throughout .I would definitely recommend. Thanks to Kathryn , always available when needed .

We travelled with our three year old and my mother and with the two rooms and en suite in both, we never felt on top of each other. The house was beautifully laid out and decorated with lots of extra touches. The house is airy, light and fresh with fantastic sea views. It’s difficult to cater for everyone on a family holiday and this ticked all the boxes keeping everyone entertained. Our little particularly liked eating freshly fallen granadillas for the first time, my husband early walks by the seafront and granny the outside shower! I’m not sure whose moggie came to join me for early morning coffee the one morning, but he was gorgeous too.

We had a wonderful stay at Taunton Cottage & Mews. We slept so good in the large bed. Quite neighbourhood with locked garage for the car. And then there was Roy who welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine. The attention to detail in the appartement and his warm personality are unreal. Thank you so much for the wonderful stories, you showed us what the real South-Africa is all about. If you are looking for a stay, don’t hesitate, this is the place where you need to be. 1000% recommend! 😊

The accommodation was immaculate and provided all the essentials I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. I truly had a fantastic time and will certainly return in the future.

This place is perfect from the apartment size, the facilities inside, the balcony, the pool and best of all the stunning views!! Situated right in front of the beach, great coffee shop just a few steps down from the pool serving breakfast and lunches is amazing and plenty of restaurants right on your doorstep as well. If you're a shopper you'll be pleased to hear the mall is maybe a 20 minute walk along the beachfront or very quick in an uber! I LOVED THIS PLACE and for sure I'll return!
