What a fantastic team! Panasha, Rahit, Rasul were amazing! After an initial hiccup we were upgraded to a fabulous suite which was totally unexpected. Their service was exemplary, nothing was a problem or too much trouble from providing directions to storing our bags. A birthday treat was even provided for my husband. The hotel location is perfect, the Marina view from the rooms was amazing! The facilities are fabulous… Definitely recommend a stay here!

The studio is fully equipped: washing machine, complete kitchen, large fridge, big TV, very comfortable bed, and a spacious balcony. Valet parking works perfectly, and the reception staff is very helpful and professional. Brand-new rooftop swimming pool with a nice view, very clean and well maintained, with excellent shower facilities Expo City Metro Station is within easy reach, making it very convenient to get around even without a car. Special thanks to Bouchra Affan, Front Office & Hospitality Manager, for her outstanding professionalism, kindness, and exceptional guest care. Overall, an excellent stay — highly recommended for comfort, privacy, and luxury.

Everything was great. The food was excellent, a lot of choices (both breakfast and dinner), including a lot of stuff for children (with no salt for example). The apartment was really nice, we needed an extra bed and we were not charged for it. The cleaning services were outstanding, every day the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. The staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful. The swimming pool was great, the water was heated (perfect even for kids). We’ve had the best experience here at this hotel and we are already planning on coming back soon.

They have the kindest and caring staff who always have smile and communicate with you.
