Everything was amazing—exceptional value for the price. I visited during low season and still received first-class service. The food is delicious (I tried other places, and this was by far the best), the rooms are great, especially the villas 😍 The location, views, landscape, and overall atmosphere are incredible. Amazing location, about 20 mins walk out of main town, but closer to a nicer part of the river. Staff were lovely, breakfast was great, the owners had some cute dogs. We were only there for 1 night and very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. Such a lovely, welcoming family who run the guesthouse. They were extremely helpful and were able to pick us up from Schoder and also book us a taxi for the end of our stay. The rooms are lovely and in an idyllic location. My partner and I are gay and we felt very welcome here. The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade jam! I would high recommend staying here to anyone. They also have a lovely little dog who is just adorable.

We LOVED staying here as the location is gorgeous, the food really tasty, breakfast wonderful, nice building and kind people. The room was very clean and had hot water the 2 nights we stayed. We were greeted nicely by the host and all staff was great. Our daughter loved playing with their little dog and enjoyed the big grass lawn. Easy parking and great access to the village Theth, waterfalls, blue eye etc. We would stay here again.

Friendly family, the restaurant had delicious food at an average price, the room was very comfortable with beds for a good night‘s sleep, the location is great, because it’s right in town and you can start hiking right outside the guesthouse, the property is huge and perfect for children to play, in addition there are animals (cow, sheep, chicken, dogs) right at the property - we felt very much at home here
