Very welcoming B&B. The owner offered cake, fruits and home-made juice on arrival. Our room was clean and quiet, which provided a good sleep. Breakfast was delicious and it was made of Armenian fresh products. Location is also good, it’s a short walk to the Tatev Monastery. They even drove us to our taxi meet up point on the departure day.

Great location, nature around is very beautiful! Nice house with panoramic window! Breakfast was super good and tasty. Hosts were very nice and helped us when we got lost.

Oh. My. God. This was one of the best guesthouses I ever stayed in. Rubin and Angia are so warm and welcoming it is hard to believe these people exist! They were constantly making sure I was happy and satisfied. The breakfast Angia prepared was really abundant and tasty. The breakfast was served in a garden with an amazing view! Rubin was a fun and interesting person to talk to. Sadly, they do not speak english, but I managed with my basic russian. I felt like they were my grandma and grandpa! I really wish them all the best in life!

The place was spacious and clean with all amenities. Perfect place for family and friends. We reached the place around 11pm and owner received us with a smiling face even at that time.

The breakfast was filling and delicious - especially the homemade pickles. The portions were huge. The room was big and warm, with a great view over Goris from the balcony. The centre is quite far away for walking, but a taxi one way could cost as little as 500 drams. There are a few shops within walking distance and a bakery - if you just head downhill along Syunik street. The wifi was working well, which allowed me to work online from there. The owner was super friendly. I would definitely come back!
