Hotel is new and modern. All staff members are really polite and helpful (reception, restaurant, cleaning ladies). Ski room, restaurant area and spa looks very nice. Rooms are big and comfortable. Food is excellent, both breakfast and dinner, I would reccomend half board. There are both open and garage parking area.

The BEST LOCATION EVER for ski in Austria!! This is a 5 star Hotel , with the most beautiful chalets!! We stayed in 306 . Clean , comfortable with excellent facilities. The breakfast was very good “ even with champagne “ The dinner “ 4 course “ was out of this world… compliments to the chef . The staff was very friendly and assisted us with everything!! Thank you for helping us with the ski hire… excellent!!! The spa with the amazing pool , took our breath away!! Wish we could go back tomorrow!!

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to time we left. Travelled with 2 kids and 2 adults. Suite was a per the photos. Spacious plenty of storage. WiFi was perfect for the kids to stream. Ski locker was perfectly functional. Ski school across the road and 3mins walk to the lifts. View of the mountains with stunning sunsets Loved the Tauren Spa short walk 10 mins or the bus. Food was lovely kids wanted to eat there every day and so did we. Staff were all amazing friendly and really felt like they wanted you to have a great holiday. Highly recommend and hope to return

Location is excellent as there are many nearby places to visit. Hotel is modern and finished to a high standard. Great breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel sorted a taxi for our group to a restaurant in the hills, excellent! It's on our Hotel list for more visits.

The Beim Naglbauer was the perfect location for our brief snowboard holiday. The location was perfect, within easy driving distance to the local ski areas as well shopping and everything you need. The apartment had everything we needed and the owners were very accommodating and helpful. The view from the property is absolutely amazing!

This is the perfect location to stay in Kaprun. Right in the center near the Pavilion and the Intersport Store. Everything was perfect from arrival till departure. We have a double room on the first level with a balcony on the Pavilion side. So if you like the apres ski parties, you can be there without problems. This boutique hotel is authentic jewelry in terms of quality of services in all departments: reception, check-in, and breakfast ( with gourmet products and a beautiful view of the river). The room was very spacious, with a big balcony. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. In terms of cleanliness... SPOTLESS !!! The room has all the facilities you need. On the ground floor near the reception, there is a beautiful area to socialize with your friends and a bar if you like to drink something. On the 4th floor is a spotless sauna area with a beautiful view of the mountains. BONUS in the room price, there are included vouchers for Tauren Spa.
