Bethany Cottage sits in a perfect location in the wine growing region of Tanunda. The historic cottage has been restored beautifully in keeping with its history. Everything was catered for and more. It was comfortable. Air conditioning and fans kept the sleeping temperatures to reasonable levels even in 40C heat. i would thoroughly recommend this as a great place to stay. Carol welcomed us, was very friendly and it was clear nothing was too much trouble.

Spacious, peaceful, nestled amongst the vines. We loved the outdoor fire and pizza oven. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The house, although large, was cosy due to ducted air conditioning. Pet friendly and located close to everything.

The lodge is a beautiful home surrounded by peaceful grounds. The hosts Martina and Augustin where incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious and the Sunday night cheese platter and Argentinean empanadas by the fireplace was the highlight of our stay. The location is perfect for getting to all the vineyards . 10/10 would stay here again

We were 2 couples with high attention to detail & the hosts had thought about EVERYTHING. The host, Max, was super responsive to our upfront questions & sent very clear instructions. Nothing was too much trouble. This cleverly & tastefully renovated house is a home-from-home which contained everything one could possibly want for a relaxing stay - fully stocked kitchen with water filter, comfy beds, thick walls providing sound proofing, individuality zoned rooms for heating/cooling, a formal lounge/dining/kitchen overlooking large private garden, outdoor dining setting & BBQ. The quality of linen, towels, bath robes, toiletries, etc. did not go unnoticed. Only a few minutes walk to supermarket, cafes, restaurants & bars. 2 nights was definitely not enough time to fully enjoy everything this house has to offer AND see the local area (we felt torn how to spend our time). We will definitely return.

Definitely a home away from home. Beautiful set up and decorated. The alpacas were a hit with our visiting daughters.

We loved the house -it has been so lovingly maintained; the decorations and touches in every room were delightful. The outdoor space was pleasant. We were very pleased to stay for 2 nights - a fabulous home to return to after a day exploring the region. The breakfast provisions, wine and Easter eggs were appreciated.
