I wasn’t sure what to expect with this hostel and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a beautiful old colonial building with stunning features like wooden floorboards, wooden beams, white walls, a central patio and many communal spaces. The location is fantastic in the main plaza and the staff were so warm and friendly. It was incredibly clean. I would stay here again.

What a place! If you want to wake up after sleeping in a salt-domed bedroom in a super comfy bed to a stunning sunrise, and then go and have a delicious breakfast, this is the place to stay! I was short on time and could only do a one day tour of the Salar, and this was such a great way to extend the experience to include night time views and enjoy the sunrise. The spa is open to 11pm which was so nice after a long day and a chilly sunset over the Salar. There’s a really toasty heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
