Everything, even if the weather was not so friendly, the staff of the hotel helped us to enjoy Andermatt. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is new, very well equipped and located. They also provided us a free shuttle bus to pick us up.

My experience in Andermatt was the best possible because of the hotel. From check-in to check-out, I was well treated and welcomed. Both the staff, the gentleman who served us and the lady, are incredible. I would like to thank the lady who was wonderful with us. I would stay at this hotel 1,000 times over. If you are thinking about going to Andermatt and have nowhere to stay, stay at this hotel. It's not about luxury. It's about a clean, organized place where you'll be treated like a home. The breakfast is delicious.
