Fantastic stay at Eden Spiez - we decided to splash out for our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. Though on the front side of the hotel, the room still had a lovely view of the lake; we were provided with welcome drinks, and complimentary fresh bottled water (still + sparkling) every day plus chocolates; there were apples available for guests as well, plus as a cake buffet in the afternoon. Car parking was in a secure multistorey car park, and the hotel was situated a few minutes walk from the restaurants/shops of Spiez, and lake. We did not use the spa much, but enjoyed a full body massage on the day of arrival, and will certainly look forward to using the facilities more when we return in future.

The room was comfortable and spacious, and the views from the bedroom were lovely. Breakfast was very complete – it even had a jam dispenser! What we valued the most is that it is literally above the train platform. The hotel is very well soundproofed; you don’t even hear the trains passing by. Switzerland is expensive, but staying at this hotel was definitely worth it.

The best hotel we chose on our 15 Days in Switzerland holiday. Best breakfast and very friendly staff serving us with hot coffee every morning Bus stop right at the door step with Lake Brienz and Lake Thun cruise next to it. Highly recommended if you travel to Grindlewald, Lauterbrunnen via Interlaken.

    The location was truly ideal, situated just 20 minutes by car from Interlaken, with easy access to other attractions such as Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. The lake view was absolutely stunning, a breathtaking panorama that we could never get enough of it. The small kitchen was very handy and useful, allowing us to prepare meals when we preferred to dine in.
