We were delighted with the days we spent in the apartment offered by Sergiu. It has a modern style, is spacious, and very comfortable. The building is new, we had parking for our rental car, and there was a supermarket nearby where we did our shopping and enjoyed traditional dishes. We didn’t miss anything, and communication with the host was quick and efficient.

Everything was great, and the host was very kind. What I liked was the view, the hot tub, and the huge terrace. It's a 5-minute walk to the Finikloudes Promenade. For those traveling by bus, the bus stop is right in front of the place, which is convenient if you're coming from or going to the airport.

I don't even know where to start. I fell in love with the villa from the first moment, I didn't want to go anywhere else. When I booked the house, I knew we would be in good hands. But I couldn't have imagined that so much. Sotiris was very kind and helpful in everything.We had a little problem but he immediately took care of everything around our travel.He selflessly helped organize everything. I mentioned to them that we were going to celebrate my 30th birthday in Cyprus. We discussed with Sotiris that his father, Andreas would wait for us and take us to the villa on the day of arrival. Andreas called me a few days before our arrival to reassure me that everything would be fine with our holiday. He said that don't worry. I trusted that everything would really turn out well. And what happened after we arrived to Cyprus is still unbelievable to me. Andreas prepared a surprise for me and my friends. It was an incredible feeling that I felt when we walked through the door. I can't even put into words the happiness and gratitude that went through my body and soul in those moments. I will forever be grateful for making me feel so special then. Even now, my heart fills with gratitude when I recall this feeling.Andreas said I will never forget this holiday. Let me share with you I will never forget not only the holiday but I won't forget you Andreas, your family and your other helpers too. You are one to one great people. You will be in my heart forever, I left a piece of my heart with you. The place was spotless, stocked with needed items, the hostess was super responsive and nice. Pool is huge, good sun beds, there is enough room for a big group of people, rooms are super specious, beds are comfy. The sofa is so gooood, overall we did a weekend gateway a group of 11 friends cooked couple of awsome meals and had fun. Would recommend!!

Communication from/with the owners of the apartment was absolutely amazing. I received many tips for restaurants and shops in the vicinity of the apartment - I used some of them and I have never been disappointed. Last year we also stayed in this hotel and so we decided to come there again. The hotel is very centrally located.The breakfast every morning was perfect. We met the same staff Like last year. Especially Kostas was always helpful. You could always ask him whatever Information you need. He gave us very good tips. So we could enjoyed our stay there. This was important for our stay so we always had a responsible person we could approach.
