Very friendly staff. Absolutely superb breakfast service (11/10)! Newly renovated from the ground up. WiFi works fine. Supermarket just across the street. Perfect location for a lot of hiking. Easily reachable by car as well as public transport. Despite this being an active railway station, the trains didn't bother me sound wise. With the windows closed, sound isolation was extremely good, and even sleeping with the window open was OK (I will add that my room was on the street side of the building, however).

Beautiful, idyllic place, very close to the highway. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom clean and spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. The owners are discreet. We stayed for one night, but we would be happy to spend more days here. We will definitely come back!

We had a truly delightful stay at this holiday house! The accommodation was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with two large double bedrooms and two separate shower rooms that meant no waiting around, even for our group of four. The lounge and dining area were comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, while the terrace offered a peaceful setting to enjoy our morning coffee accompanied by the soothing sounds of birdsong, the gentle bubbling of a nearby stream, and even church bells in the distance. The kitchen, though small, was fully equipped with everything you need for meal preparation. Parking was convenient and spacious enough for two cars, right next to the house. The location is ideal if you appreciate tranquility — there are no close neighbors, the village is quiet, and the absence of streetlights means you can enjoy stargazing in a true night-sky environment. Plus, free WiFi was a great bonus, and with a Rewe just an 8-minute drive away, any essentials were never far off. We also had excellent contact with the friendly owner, who was quick to respond and very accommodating to our specific requests. Overall, this holiday house provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with modern amenities.

A very tastefully presented old circus caravan that has all the modern trimmings whilst “glamping”. It was comfortable, with cooking facilities, a wood fired heater to keep the cold at bay, a wonderful deck to enjoy either breakfast or dinner. Highly recommend ordering the food prepared by the neighbour it was amazing too. The whole experience was one of being on a camping holiday but in comfort.
