The apartment is in an old building that has been renovated. The window view onto the castle that you see on the photo is a perfect representation of how it is: cute and with a picturesque view of the castle. We received an access badge for the park of the castle so it felt a bit like our backyard - the kids loved the runs and playground in the park. We're a family of 5 with three small kids. The host provided a baby bed for our 2-year-old. There was sufficient space in the two bedrooms and the living room. Well equipped kitchen incl. washing machine, microwave, and everything you need (no dishwasher but that wasn't an issue for us). The host Antoine is a very kind and thoughtful person that was always available when we needed something but gave us our privacy as well.

The villa was secure and peaceful, very beautiful garden and village. Great bakery. The home inside was exactly what we hoped for and we were able to stare at the stars and enjoy some peace and quiet. The animals brought also friendly companionship, a great dog that sat with us and herded the chickens and ducks. The alpacas were beautiful and kept an eye on us. Great host and family.

Very nice & cozy place. The house has its own style - I loved antique details. Kitchen is fully equipped (better then in my own home), nice coffee machine and lots of delicious tea. Also place is suitable for couples with a small baby - appartment has a baby bed and facilities in bathroom. I wish I would stay longer! 100 % French atmosphere!
