The rooms and venue in itself were spotless, the staff are so lovely, kind and helpful. We came for a wedding and we honestly had an amazing weekend with brilliant facilities, amazing staff and we had a lovely weekend! We felt instantly comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the weekend, the breakfast was fresh and tasty with a choice of cereals, croissants and juices for those who didn’t wish to have a full English breakfast.

Extra touches such as Xmas decorations and dog treats were a nice surprise. Lovely walks round the reservoirs straight from the door. Plenty of parking for several cars. New and sparkly clean, very friendly staff, really comfortable bed, fantastic shower, lots of sockets in good places, great, fast WIFi, delicious breakfast! I missed the waffles and didn’t get chance to spend enough time in the beautiful Town Hall, so look forward to coming back!
