Very good size bed, nice welcome snacks and drinks, well located, easy to find, Jan the host was lovely as were the two resident dogs.

Excellent location and pet friendly. Beds were comfortable and the shower in the main bedroom was good. There were plenty of pans and utensils for the days we cooked at home. The kitchen was spacious and the property was clean and welcoming. We didn’t use the log burner but it all seemed good and there was a supply of wood.

The whole site is thoroughly well maintained and the staff are all incredibly helpful and polite and very hard working! Location is in the middle of nowhere and yet in the middle of everywhere! Lovely secluded area but 10 minutes from Bangor and Caernarfon, 20 min from Anglesea and 5 minutes from Snowdon!
Spa facilities are excellent, tennis court, football pitch and very large kids playground. Also very pet friendly

Every aspect of the accommodation was catered with some extra nice touches,
Such as dog bed and blanket to cover the settee in case the dog wanted to join us.
soaps and shampoo supplied along with biscuits and crisps.

Location driving to the site was lovely. The staff on reception were really friendly. Plus dog friendly too. The restaurant food really nice would recommend it. the boat lake bar has a beautiful view. The caravan was clean and nice located on the site.
