Close to the airport and there is a shuttle service (budget option would be walking a bit to catch one of the other buses). Small gym but enough to break a sweat. Bed was very comfy, room was clean, blinds work great to keep the light from coming in. Long story short, very good place to have some rest after or before the flight. Bar and restaurant are nice as well, food was good but in my experience bit pricey. For budget travelers there is few supermarkets just 5 min away (walk).

Booked a hotel near Gatwick Airport for early flight next day. Expecting regular hotel. Hotel built in old manor house, lovely surroundings. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. We would have been happy staying here for a couple of days and enjoying the peaceful surroundings before our long flights home. Highly recommend if you are traveling from Gatwick Airport.

The entrance to reception was lovely. Very chic and glam Free coffee machine near the lifts. It's great that it excepts dogs. Lovely touch with the food bowl, dog bed, and free poo bags. Lovely touch with the Easter egg hunt in the room as well. The room smelt great.
