The location was perfect, the owners were welcoming, met us at the reception showed us to the caravan. The welcome pack was so thoughtful and unexpected, the beds were comfortable, view from the main area stunning. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning. The pods are fantastic and the views are stunning. A wonderful step up from camping! Great fun and the owners are so kind, thoughtful, helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend staying here. Once the fire kicked in we were all cosy and snug! The shower room is lovely and clean and the shower hot with under floor heating. The kitchen trailer is lovely and well equipped - we had a lovely breakfast with coffee and bacon butties! The free range hens, snowy owl and kestrels were a lovely bonus and master George greeted us and made us feel very welcome with his dad! They couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be visiting again!

We had an overnight holiday in this lovely hotel just outside Clithero. The evening meal was lovely and the full breakfast was an added bonus and the staff were just excellent. We highly recommend this lovely hotel.

The cabin was set in a lovely scenic area. Perfect for a quiet get away. On a night you can see the stars really well. We liked the dog pen that was set up for our dogs to have a little freedom. The cabin had everything we needed, we felt very comfortable there. Our dogs also loved their little holiday. The owners were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. You could park right next to your cabin which was great. The mood lighting inside was a nice touch too. We had a lovely get away for Christmas, the owners left us chocolates and treats for our dogs which was very kind.

Very clean and comfortable. Everything we could have needed for an overnight stay was thoughtfully provided. Good cooking facilities with a plentiful range of utensils. As a family of four, we had a cosy evening watching Netflix by the gas fire on a cold winter night before a relaxing sleep on comfy beds. Very good communications and directions from our host.

    Great B&B in lovely rural location. Dave and Val were very welcoming and the welcome tea and coffee when I was outside with my dog were really appreciated. The room was well-equipped and very good value for money. Also a great breakfast.

    Located in a beautiful, quiet part of the country. Greeted by Jan and shown to our room & bathroom, which were both spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, with sprawling views of the surrounding countryside. Breakfast was cooked perfectly and we had a lovely chat with Peter while he did that.

    Great location..lovely and quiet. Private bathroom ( solo use) well equipped with bath sheets and accessories. Breakfast was great - good quality products cooked freshly. Peter was welcoming and the perfect host. We used the lounge and the log burner was lit. Plenty of information about things to do in the area.

    Lovely short stay . The property is in a beautiful location. The owners go out of their way to make everything welcoming and comfortable. My dog was welcome at no extra charge which is rare these days and much appreciated. I'll certainly stay again. Great cafe in Gisburn if you want excellent food. Breakfast at the property is also excellent.

    We are planning to stay there again, so that says it all! The location was idyllic; gentle rolling countryside with expansive views, blissfully peaceful. Our hosts Jan and Peter matched their beautiful home and surroundings. There was not a thing they could have improved on. Magnificent breakfasts set us up for the day, with every taste catered for. Lovely cosy bedrooms and a lounge with a fire available for our use. Foxhill Barn could not be improved on. Thank you Jan and Peter

    Located in nice linear English village on Lancs / Yorkshire border. Comfortable beds. Quiet rooms to rear of property. Great pub food. Good English breakfast. Warm welcome. Good location for walking. Lovely countryside. Appears to be dog friendly. Has a beer garden. Recently re-opened following the pandemic so definitely worthy of support. Local bus service - cheap and connects to places of interest like Skipton / Barnoldswick etc. Off road car-parking. Clearly a popular local destination.
