A great Cosy hotel, perfect for a gatwick flight, the staff are lovely and very helpful, the room clean, cosy and comfortable, it would also be great for a London stay with regular trains into London from Gatwick. Great value. The food was good to especially breakfast.

Perfect location, only 3 min to walk (under roof) to South Terminal. Check-in was efficient and the room was clean and tidy. Customer service was superb. We first got a room with a noisy neighbour, and got relocated to a new room on request within 5 minutes.

We got a family room which was well lit and clean. There is a green garden with a small lawn which was nice to see in the morning. The location is a big plus as it is very close to Gatwick Airport.

On arrival, we were met by Jennifer at Reception. Jennifer did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. The rooms that we were allocated were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Bathroom too, with the classy shampoo and body wash By the way, the Burgers that we had at the restaurant were the best Burgers that we've had in years!!!!!
