Fabulous location, the hotel is amazing in every aspect, beautiful views from bedroom window, lovely, spacious room with seating area and large bathroom. Bathrobes supplied and generous tea/coffee facilities, replenished daily. Staff were lovely, food was very good and the ambience of the hotel was just amazing. The village of Luss is about 10mins walking distance and that is just beautiful with a pier where you can access short boat trips. We opted for a 2hour Loch Lomond trip from another location but only 12 mins drive. After our 3 day trip we were totally relaxed and recharged, we definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return to this lovely hotel and location.

What a lovely property. The studio was spacious and well lit. It was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and beds were super comfy. The private garden was the highlight. Also, although a bit further from the city, which shouldn’t be a problem even if you don’t have a car since cabs are easily available, it was right across the road from the loch. The farm right outside the cottages was lovely. Peaceful location.

It was very warm and welcoming at the end of a long day of hiking. The building and the location are both spectacular, and are worth a visit just for those. The hostel was fully functional with kitchen and Laundry. We stayed in the double room, which felt more like a hotel. Toilets and showers were clean and functional.

    Excellent location and the major bonus was it was pet friendly. Just perfect. The staff were all excellent and service was brilliant. Booked in for evening meal which was delicious. Live music was a bonus. Breakfast was also excellent. Definitely will be back. A great find.

    Great location close to Loch Lomond. Staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. Warm welcome on arrival and very flexible in changing dining arrangements due to our very delayed arrival. Good food and wide choice at the bar. Plenty of parking. Very dog friendly, if you need it. All round, great!

    Stayed overnight at the same hotel on two successive weekends during drive to/from Skye. Very attractive location within just a very brief walk of the shore of Loch Lomond and the round-loch pathways. Large car-park with plenty of parking spaces. Rooms, beds and bathrooms were very high quality. Very dog-friendly, and good choices of meal options. Very friendly meal service staff and very relaxing (not too loud) live music.
