Excellent location with lots of choices of restaurants around it. Warm Welcome at entrance, junior suite was very large, luxury very large bathroom. Amenities in room are more then what you would get in other hotels of the same stars in uk, little things like milk for tea/coffee in mini bar, plus your basic drinks, good quality teas and coffees. This property is very secure with codes for all entries even for the gated car park which I was very happy with as being in a different location to what I’m used to I really felt that my family and my car was secure and safe. I also found that the property was very clean and tidy with the beds being very comfy to sleep, I only needed a bed for the night but this property is equipped for a longer stay with all the comforts of home there. The use of the TV with apps so that you can log in too and the use of WiFi was a bonus with having teenagers really pleased . The walk was only 20 minutes to and from the Utilita arena to me that was great.

The properly was amazing, the area was actually very quiet. All in all it was very very clean had all amenities you needed! The views at night from the windows were lovely. I was worried as I arrived late however the owner was very accommodating assisted me with entry on arrival. Don’t be put off by no parking there was plenty of free parking around the area and I walked less than 30 seconds car to door.

Staff were amazing. Very dog friendly hotel even gave our dog a bag with a toy and treats in it. Made us all feel very welcome and we're always friendly and upbeat.

Convenient for the Sandwell and Dudley Railway Station. Rooms always clean and hotel dog friendly. Staff were first class although breakfast was very crowded and appeared only one member of staff trying to keep things topped up on first day at hotel. Sunday had more staff in attendance, so was much better. If I go down the Midlands I always try to book in at the Oldbury hotel as first choice.
